Powder coating line operator — Hickory County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Hickory County, Missouri. You will work on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
