Horizontal milling machine operator — Passaic County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Passaic County, New Jersey. Day to day you will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
