Dishwasher — Wayne County

Join our team: we are hiring a dishwasher in Wayne County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
