Immediate opening: we are hiring a gardener in Elmore County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting The role involves spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed.
