Oven operator — Lincoln County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Lincoln County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
