Gtaw welder — Middlesex County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Middlesex County, New Jersey. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. The role involves inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters. What we are looking for: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings Full-time with occasional weekends.
