Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
