Great opportunity: surface coating operator (Kwara State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Ifelodun, Kwara State. On a typical shift you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
