What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking.
