Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator technician in Uintah County, Utah. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate On the job you will handle: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
