We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Jakusko, Yobe State. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Confident with standard crane hand signals The role involves: • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear Rotating shifts.
