Now hiring: we are hiring a dozer operator in Oconto County, Wisconsin. Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Day to day you will grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends.
