Toolroom milling operator — Saint Joseph County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Saint Joseph County, Michigan. Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Day-to-day duties: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
