Vacancy available: we are hiring a JCB operator in Linn County, Oregon. You will work at a landfill site. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Your main tasks: • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations Rotating shifts.
