Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
