CNC milling operator — Costilla County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Costilla County, Colorado. The job is in a CNC machining unit. Day to day you will select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
