Bakery assistant wanted in Yagba East

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Yagba East, Kogi State. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking 2+ years on the tools preferred.
