Metal caster — Ekiti

Now hiring: we are hiring a metal caster in Ekiti, Kwara State. You will be based in the fettling and dressing shop. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Basic grinding and fettling skills At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
