Baker — Sherburne County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Sherburne County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
