Immediate opening: building site helper (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a building site helper in Pulaski County, Illinois. The role involves backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns. Requirements: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
