Vacancy available: canteen cook (Missouri)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Lewis County, Missouri. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift 1+ years on the tools preferred.
