Kitchen steward — Will County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Will County, Illinois. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff You will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
