Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Makurdi Local Government Area, Benue State. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₦105,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
