Backhoe operator wanted in Richland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Richland County, Ohio. The job is on a pipeline and trenching crew. You will carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage. You should have: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
