Vertical transportation technician — Franklin County

What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces The role involves replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends.
