Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Elliott County, Kentucky. You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
