Carpenter — Pickaway County

Join our team: we are hiring a carpenter in Pickaway County, Ohio. You will work at a shopfitting company. Day to day you will cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles. Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Good eye for detail and a clean finish $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
