Immediate opening: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Lafayette County, Florida. You will work at a busy press shop. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
