Dough maker wanted in Mercer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Mercer County, North Dakota. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Full-time, day shift.
