Surface coating operator — White County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in White County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
