Oven operator — Rogo

Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Rogo, Kano State. You will work in a bread factory. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦165,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
