Sewing machine operator • Perry County, Pennsylvania

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Perry County, Pennsylvania. On the job you will handle: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges Ideal candidate: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Full-time with occasional weekends.
