Rebar worker • Maigatari, Jigawa State

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar worker in Maigatari, Jigawa State. You will be based at a high-rise construction project. On the job you will handle: • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat What we are looking for: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
