We are recruiting: we are hiring a moulder in Kay County, Oklahoma. The role involves fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
