Dough maker — Calhoun County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Calhoun County, Arkansas. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Performance bonus on top of base pay.
