Dough maker wanted in Wayne County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Wayne County, North Carolina. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Rotating shifts.
