Machine setter-operator — Wayne County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Wayne County, Kentucky. You will be based in a packaging factory. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Good attention to detail and steady hands On a typical shift you will clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; set up and start the machine as per the job card; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
