We are recruiting: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Montgomery County, Iowa. The role involves: • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
