Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Sangamon County, Illinois. The job is in a catering unit. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Rotating shifts.
