Powder coating technician wanted in Nsit Atai

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Nsit Atai, Akwa Ibom State. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Full-time, day shift.
