On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $32 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
