Waitress — Benton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waitress in Benton County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day to day you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); clear and reset tables between covers; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
