Dough maker • Kosofe, Lagos State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Kosofe, Lagos State. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 5+ years on the tools preferred.
