Coating plant operator — Goronyo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Goronyo, Sokoto State. The job is at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time, day shift.
