Great opportunity: we are hiring a trailer driver in Chippewa County, Michigan. The role involves: • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars Ideal candidate: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips Part-time with flexible hours.
