In-process quality controller wanted in Montgomery County

Now hiring: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Montgomery County, Maryland. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems On a typical shift you will raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $28 per hour plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
