CNC mill setter-operator — Harrison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Harrison County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Meals and transport allowance provided.
