Immediate opening: we are hiring an excavator operator in Carroll County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
