CNC milling operator — Johnson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Johnson County, Georgia. The job is in a toolroom. On the job you will handle: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Full-time with occasional weekends.
