On a typical shift you will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. Requirements: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift.
